Four years ago, I changed my diet - Initially, it involved NO added sugar, no oils, no meat, no dairy, no gluten. Amazing results, reducing nearly all pain. Gradually one can try reintroducing foods, one by one. Now I rarely eat processed foods. I can eat meat, especially seafood, no breads or pasta ( gluten ) or oils still, I occasionally eat cheeses, definitely no added sugar, I substitute salad dressings with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar. Diet has made all the difference for me. Simply fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats and seafood. You ARE what you eat !
Amazing!!!! Congratulations 🍾🎊🎈
Aren’t nuts loaded with oils?
I have osteo, psoriatic, rheumatoid arthritis and gout. I am 74 years old. I have seen a few rheumatologists sporadically over the years. Not one has spoken to me about diet other than to lose weight. I have tried to reduce the amount of sugar I eat. The only beverages I drink are water with flavour enhancers. I eat a fair amount of fruits, berries and vegetables daily but I also have some processed foods. I have lived daily with pain since my mid 40s and have several deformities of my hands, wrists, feet and ankles. I have been following your videos for 2 years now and really appreciate the advice you present. I do take several of the supplements you mentioned but will add
a probiotic as well.
I am glad this is helpful!
I’ve changed my diet to an all natural, clean and mostly organic diet. Very little sugar or other no-no foods. I’m on no drugs and my arthritis is 99% better! Last summer I was in pain wearing wrist brace, pain pills, icing down and miserable. Now, nearly normal again and lost 28 lbs. Huge difference!
Congratulations!!!!!
Did you diet included meats and fish as well? Thanks
Hi! Yes, fish and seafood also chicken and beef but in fairly small amounts. I’ve only had pork on a very few (BBQ😁) occasions.
@@Cherylbottorff-iv9by Hi. Thanks a lot for your answer. I am pushing myself towards a similar diet. Whishing you all the best and a good health.
Read the ingredients on everything you buy. Natural food is the key!
From the Philippines. Good to hear how the diets affects RA. I got the diagnosed of RA at early age of 32. After treating for 6 months. I’ve been okay. From Ireland
Amazing story!
Doreen from Trinidad. I have not tried special "diets" as such but I have increased and decreased certain foods. Always tried to eat healthy with lots of vegetables-Increased sardines, mackerel etc and fermented foods, seeds and nuts etc. I have decreased sugar, decreased but not eliminated wheat and fried foods
I appreciate all your videos and content! I’ve been on a health journey for 4yrs now, having seen 3 rheumatologists, with 1st dismissing me, 2nd thinking either fibromyalgia or psoriatic arthritis, and 3rd also dismissing me. I have good and bad days, but thankful I came across your CZcams channel, as I’ve been learning alot!

I was diagnosed RA in 2013 when I was 65. The pain is so severe everyday. In 2015 I started a veggie diet, no milk, dairy, meat, sugar, nuts, seed oils. After several years I got vertigo, and could not stand and walk. My lab work showed I had severe low vitamin D and B12 deficiency . She said I had to eat meat to get healthy. I eat turkey and chicken with vegatables put my Sed Rate and CRP are very high. My GP said I need chemo therpy. When I get flares with severe pain I eat celery for days. I wont get chemo. Do you have suggestions.
there are many options. Check my videos and discuss with the rheumatologists
