2019 Jeep Compass Smart Key program with Autel IM508/ Chrysler 12-8 cable to security gateway module

Here we added a Jeep push to start or smart key to a 2019 Jeep Compass. This vehicle has the Chrysler Security Gateway Module. You never showed where you place the NEW Key Fob?

Sorry, just press the unlock and hold the FOB around the center console. Keep pressing the unlock button until the door locks respond.

i done one and it was all good, now customer is stating radio is blinking error message. any ideas?

I have never heard of that. You don't do anything to the radio. Using an IM508, you can go in and do some minor diagnostics. I also have a diagnostics guy that I refer. But, you could go in and see what codes it's setting off and clear them.
