Viewing a customers loyalty points on a Clover device is quick and easy.

I use the clover app with my customers but you said I have to have a branded app in order for my customers and me to be able to see loyalty points and for them to earn loyalty points, Is this true? Is the clover app considered a branded app? I am already having so much issues with Clover's built in rewards program that I just want to throw the entire thing in to the trash and order punch cards for my customers to use.

These are great questions.
The Clover App is not considered branded app.
We have developed our own technology that works with the Clover where we publish it on Apple App Store and Google Play with your business name.
We have had merchants in the past switch as they did not like their previous loyalty / rewards program.
