Hey Ryan, back in 2001 I worked for a printing company and the owner was a lot like you and believe it or not he did the exact same thing, only he took all 7 of us on his own boat for the day on Long Island sound from Connecticut. He bought us lunch also. This video brought me back to one of the best times of my life and a man I’m still an old friend with to this day. Thank You.

I'm a sole proprietor home remodeler here in Milwaukee and while I grew up poor I can say I have been blessed to have seen the finer things since my grandparents had money and spent my childhood summers in Northern lower Michigan on a lake and while nothing has ever came easy for me I too like to help people and to see happiness around me and while I work hard I also like to have a good time. I'm an old school concrete finisher, learnt my trade in Australia late 80s-90s. I worked for a great boss that not only taught me the trade but taught me how to be a man. I'm in my 50s now and watch your videos with a big smile on my face. Look forward to more videos.
