Hi, I'm a native french speaking, and i'm glad to hear a french voice in synthesia. I think it's not bad at all. It doesn't sound too robotic or synthetic, but the prononciation is a bit weird, not really natural. Basically it speaks a bit too fast. If you make a complete french video with it, people will hear it's not natural, and it might be disturbing. ( but definitly totally understandable ) At this point, i wouldn't say that you can really use it and be "credible" as french speaker, but I believe it will be better in a very near future.

Great stuff phil. AI is getting really scary but at the same time it gives us hope about a lot of stuff such finding cures of stuff like cancer and brain damage. One suggestion why dont you add translated subtitles to your videos so even the peole who dont understand english can benefit from them and your channel would grow as well

@@DorianMenard I fully agree, robotic and unnatural. Translation isn't perfect as well. This didn't help. But I must admit it's pretty cool.

Agreed. There are far inferior software out there similar to Synthesia, however, they don't quite cut the mustard. Over time, there will be more options for sure!

Your AI avatar is very good, but it lacks emotions. The avatar seems very depressed, or like a robot. The natural you is more expressive, and you smile naturally when you speak.
Yes, definitely getting close but not quite there yet. Will be soon though with the latest tech improvements
