Supreme Court's Huge Order On Divorce: 6 महीने का इंतजार खत्म, तलाक पर बड़ा फैसला | Aaj Tak

चट मंगनी, पट ब्याह के बाद अब 'झट से तलाक' भी संभव है. सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में साफ कर दिया है कि अगर पति-पत्नी के बीच रिश्ते इस कदर टूट चुके हैं कि ठीक होने की गुंजाइश न बची हो तो इस आधार पर वो तलाक की मंजूरी दे सकता है. कोर्ट ने कहा- ‘हमने माना है कि पति-पत्नी के बीच जब रिश्ते इतने बिगड़ जाएं कि उनका पटरी पर आना संभव न हो, तो इस आधार पर तलाक करना संभव है. ये सार्वजनिक नीति के विशिष्ट या मौलिक सिद्धांतों का उल्लंघन नहीं करेगा.''

मैं ये सोचता हूं कि जब तलाक के लिए कोर्ट में इतने सारे नियम होते हैं, जबकी वो खुद साथ नहीं रहना चाहते, तो कोर्ट को रिश्ता जोड़ने से पहले भी नियम बनाना चाहिए या शादी से पहले हर बात कोर्ट को पूछना चाहिए। ताकी तलाक लेते समय इतना लंबा प्रोसेस फॉलो ना करना पड़े... जैसे ट्रैफिक के नियम पहले से बने हुए हैं, उनका पालन करना पड़ता है... अगर ऐसा नहीं हो सकता तो कोर्ट को रिश्ता बचाने की कोशिश भी नहीं करनी चाहिए... जो रिश्ता इतने सालो में नहीं सही हो पाया वो बाद में क्या ही सही होगा.

Supreme court should make a law to own a body cam with audio for everyone and make it compulsory so that each and every individual can be free of any false charges. Everything is recorded . Plus supreme court must make it compulsory to provide free body cams or any cam that record audio and video bcos all legal people only believe when they have proof right. These legal people need proof but what about emotional hurts, mental cruelty who sees that .

Somewhere in a judgment husband can force physical relationship with wife it will not be consideted punishable 😊it is legal but how can a wife force a physical relationship with husband therefore physical relationship without consent should be there but it should be a strong ground for divorce

I .m A. Raoof. My comments are...... That if wife is not coming back to her husband's house after one year on request of her husband. .... then husband must be permitted n allowed for second marriage but the maintenance for the first wife should be for three years from separation. It means her husband is waiting for three years for compromise for first wife . If after three years her wife is not coming back to her husband's house then the divorce should be granted for the first wife and maintenance be stopped at the end of three years. But if there are children from the first wife then the maintenance may be continued till the marriage of the children of his first wife n even then there is relationship continue for the children of the first wife and for second family. Hope this has been well explained as well. Thank you🙏 and hope...
