I have an old live performance video from a korean live broadcasted music show (of another singer/band, forgot who it was exactly as I have 10.000+ videos haha) and the violinist was daydreaming and forgot that she had to act like playing the violin so the violin was playing while she didnt even move at all, so I guesssssssssss it will be the same here, the person is not actually playing, they just use background music lol korean TV shows are quite fake here and there lol

@@johnnyfunstuffs5618 Yeah I think it is the viola as well. Something distinctive about that slightly deeper and fuller tone. Sounds weird but I find it almost a mix of the violin and the erhu.

For those who don't speak Japanese or Korean, this is the Japanese singer Rikki singing the Japanese version in Korea. The title of this video can be misleading, because it makes it seem like it's the Korean version of this song by Lee Soo Young. But it's the Japanese singer Rikki singing the Japanese version live in Korea. It took me halfway into the song to realize this is the Japanese version, keke. Both versions are beautiful. 🥰

wow.. the best version I ve heard of this song so far. But its sad, that some version has perfect orchestra, Rikku was not so good, the original from the game is not orchestral, here you have a perfect violinist, Rikku sings perfectly, but you need a big and professional orchestra on the same level as the violinist

Impressive performance. Just some notes was littly wrong but it added the crying effect on purpose. Her voice and the tone she puts in this song is just the perfect combination, not even speaking of variations, she sounds like a violin. I think it's the best live performance i have seen on this one.
She sings in a folk style. Varying the pitch is part of her style. I feel it adds a delicate ethereal quantity to her performance.

FF7-FF10 is the best. the rest destroys the meaning of Final Fantasy. It should connect about love and sacrifice which is dramatic and romantic within these version. I never wanted to play after 10. let it be memory of the legendary game.
