I was considering this bag and although the quality is very good there are too many features that , in my opinion, are poor design for functional purpose. Love the unique zipper design and color. Great review Lula!

Hi Lula! Thank you for your honest review. It’s a bummer, a design flaw I’d say, that the handle and D-ring presses against the strap 🙁. Did you consider checking with your SA regarding the discrepancy in the dimensions? You deserve an explanation. I mean, a whole inch is a lot.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the review! I thought about asking the SA about the size, but ultimately I didn’t because if I include the handles and zipper, the measurements are pretty accurate. But I would have not thought to include those in the measurements.

Have you tried making one side of the strap on the longest setting and the other on a shorter setting, in order to try and minimize the bag rotation when you wear it cross body?

I purchased this in the mm size. Do you find that the bottom of the bag sags? I purchased an organizer for it, and it is so thin, that the bottom sags too. What do you recommend for the bag to retain its shape? Thank you

Hi Josephine! Hmm that’s interesting! I’ve just checked and my bag is quite flat on the bottom. Other than a bag organizer I don’t have any other ideas. If you’ve just purchased it, maybe try contacting the boutique or client services? Perhaps they can advise or offer you an exchange. Good luck!! ❤️
did you mail them to understand how their measurements were made? I would include the hardware as part of the length of the bag.
That’s interesting to hear you would include the exterior hardware/ handles as part of the measurement! No, I did not contact Delvaux regarding the measurements - the measurements are accurate if including the hardware and handles.
A stitch out of place is better than the issues with LV and Chanel.

NB, this is a brand from Europe, so metric measurement will always be the most accurate one.
I would get rid of the strap ! I never take my straps out of my dustbag - they are so useless for me. I prefer like hermes where you don't even get a strap and they make their bags purely handheld !
