- Hi Everyone, In this video I show you how to make this simple and inexpensive fall wreath using a Dollar Tree splatter screen.
Materials needed:
1 splatter screen (Dollar Tree)
5 fall floral picks (Dollar Tree)
1 pumpkin sign (Dollar Tree)
1 placemat (Hobby Lobby)
1 roll ribbon with wire (2.5 inch width)
floral stem wire
pipe cleaners
zip ties
hot glue gun and glue sticks
scissors
wire cutters
spray paint ( optional) I wish I would have painted mine gold.

Very cute! You can even use a piece of cardboard, foamboard or cardstock instead of the splatter screen or just hang the placemats by itself if you don't want anything showing behind it.

@@KeepingitSimpleCrafts I'm surprised, I thought our dollar tree was the smallest and the last to get items if we even get them. If you'd like I can get you some mums and ship them to you so you don't have to order a whole case and end up with short bunches (I always check mine because I've been shorted before) and colors you don't need. Just let me know. I'm not sure where you live if it would be worth the shipping costs or not but I would be glad to help. All the Halloween and fall items are in. Mine's in Lavale, Maryland about 10 minutes before Cumberland. I actually found some mesh this week for the first time since February and was like a kid in a candy store. I use it for small wreaths, donations, gifts and displays as I'm just starting to sell some of my mesh wreaths I am on a very tight budget and not quite confident enough to use my good quality mesh. I like to save it for special orders or items I know will be sold because I have to order to get most of the mesh. This year is the first year I've actually went out in the public, didn't do great but wasn't a total dud. I didn't know what to do being home after working since I was 13 so it started out as a hobby making home decor for myself and family. Then I found CZcams looking for ways to make my daughter tutu skirts and found wreaths, started making them and suddenly people starting asking for them so I decided to take a chance and set up a Facebook page. I'm a stay at home mom so it puts a little change in the pocket and worse case scenario, I will always have my crafting hobby. I hear about 99Âą stores I've never seen one of those.

It is supposed to be in on Saturday. This is my first time ordering from them. I read that sometimes you donât get a good variety, but I have not seen any in store. I appreciate you offering to ship me some mums, but I will just wait a little longer and keep checking. We are going on vacation in a little over a week. I hope I can do a little shopping then. I donât sell my wreaths I make on CZcams. I give them to family and neighbors. I donate some to an animal shelter thrift store too. I wouldnât know how to ship them reasonably. I have heard it cost around $30 to ship a wreath. When my daughter gets older we might do a small craft show if she wants to. She is the one that encouraged me to start my CZcams channel because I was always making things. â€ïž I just enjoy making things and decorating my home. Are you on Instagram?
I couldnât respond to your question about the abbreviations on the other comment, but you are correct about the abbreviation.đ I had one last night that I had no clue what they were meaning and my kids didnât either. I just hope it was a positive abbreviation. âșïž
