    With Jarace Walker taking length defensive assignments, Aaron Nesmith could focus on translating his defensive skills to offense. Give players such as Aaron and Andrew some rest if Pacers build a credible record in first few months and keep them healthy for playoffs.

    Teams like the Spurs... Pacers... Denver... Cant get Big name free agents... Have to draft well... develop... And Keep your own... Its important that we KEEP what we have.

    Yeah the pacers would make the conference fi also even if those teams were healthy. Also Mathurin playing more than Sheppard would have definitely increased their chances. Mathurin is giving you 20ppg when he's playing. In my opinion the pacers are damn good and their pace makes them very scary...The pacers are that good.

    Not sure why we have to take the opponents injuries into account when evaluating whether or not the Pacers would have won saying the Pacers were playing healthy when Mathurin didn’t play a minute in the playoffs. With Haliburton’s calf and back issues to go along with Mathurin being out the Pacers were no healthier than any of the teams the played going into the series. At full health the Pacers had a very good chance of beating 76ers, Bucks, and Knicks also being at full health as they showed throughout the year. The notion that the playoffs would have been different was based on the fact that the Pacers style of play wouldn’t work in the playoffs which was proven to be false. So Indiana would likely have had the same success against those teams and any other team they would have faced.

    I sure hope Jarace doesn’t sit the entirety of next season. Seems like that could be catastrophic to his mindset. Don’t need to turn him into the next Johnny Davis.

    Toppin is so entertaining and certainly impactful, but he can’t create nor defend. This is the reality.

    I really hope we keep Myles. We’ve been pretty spoiled because he’s been here so long, but I don’t think we could get anything close to him if we lose him.

    I understand the Nemhard trade conversations because he's a guard who seem to play better the more he has the ball. I think him and Hail can figure it out though.

    In my opinion the biggest problem with the prices organization is the coaching, our head coach not only does not call plays he allows game-winning decision to be made by the players as well as his tendency to call Tom house during our first break the small ball lineups which never give us an advantage as well as a completely arrogant attitude against anyone in the media

    Haliburton has to get better. He is the franchise player. He didn't play like it in the playoffs. You can tell me he was hurt, and he was. But he can't be hunted on the defensive end. Inconsistent offensively. Brunson v Haliburton wasnt close.

    • @tyjohnson9974
      @tyjohnson9974 Před 2 měsíci

      We won’t truly know the impact of his injuries but he played through multiple injuries the second half of the season and playoffs that obviously made him look like a different player. I don’t think he’ll ever be the volume scorer like Brunson but a minimum 20/10 is very easy for him and is still elite. Its advanced stats are insane and he still has an impact that not many players have sometimes we just don’t see it stats wise.

    • @deonnelson9780

      Disagree he was good against the Knicks and played better than Brunson. And had great game 1 against Boston until the turnover

    • @chrisdragnet722
      @chrisdragnet722 Před 2 měsíci

      Brunson only scores more. Hali gets his team to score which is a more balanced attack. When healthy he can score but that shouldn’t be his game. Brunsons one man show doesn’t work trying to get the Finals. The one man point guard show has never worked. Isiah had a team and Iverson was the shooting guard while Eric Snow “ran” the offense.
