here's a few ideas for ways to treat hair loss
Ensure you get sufficient vitamins (A,B6,B12,C, folic acid and biotin all help your hair)
Apply rosemary essential oil and jojoba oil
Don't brush your hair too much
Do Not wear tight hats or caps
(I read these and the reasons they work on Fearons Loss Fixer website )

I went to the doctor and he said I wasn’t balding, then I tried the keeps doctor and he said I was balding and they prescribed me finasteride and minoxidil.... but I have not started talking it , a bit scared off the side effects..... It’s so sad how much hair loss has affected my life the last 12-15 months. My hair has been falling out in clumps and I’ve checked my blood work for abnormalities. Vitamin D3 was low which I started treating 3 months ago - recently retested as normal. Other than that it won’t stop falling and I have no signs of regrowth. I couldn’t imagine it affecting my day-to-day life the way it has. I can’t seem to find an answer or successful treatment method. I don’t know if anyone else feels this when experiencing hair loss, but the number one thing I’ve felt is embarrassment.

    Grandfathers: thick heads of hair.
Both parents: thick heads of hair.
All of my siblings, except for my younger brother and I: thick heads of hair.
My younger brother and I (separated by 6 years) suddenly started losing our hair at the same time, working at the same job. He quit about a year after it started, and it SEEMS that his hair has thickened back up *almost* back to normal. I still work there, and my shedding has never stopped. My hairs that I shed aren't any thinner than they always have been. They are all still thick. It seems like my hair is falling out and NOTHING is growing back. It is mainly on my crown, but it is 100% happening over my entire head. The only place it appears to be patterned at all is on the back. The thinning area seems to go about 3/4th of the way down to my hairline on my neck. WAY down.
My frontal hairline hasn't moved a single little bit. Absolutely nothing. My entire head seems to be about 50% thinner all over. It is absolutely maddening, and I was almost certain it would go back to the way it was... but it never has. Going on 3 years now, and it is just getting worse. But again, my hairline has not moved. And no, I'm not in denial about it. It seriously hasn't moved. It has looked the same since I was a kid.

Seriously you should look on many other factors -
      1. Genetics of mother side also ( your mother 's father ) along with your father.
      2. Your lifestyle.
3.you said you moved to New place then what about the water quality, is your shower water is soft ( without calcium and magnesium)

    • @Recoil816

@@xaelave5780 There is virtually no thin hair in my entire family, going back to both grandfathers, and all throughout my cousins, uncles, brothers, etc... just between my brother and I. But like I said, we are 6 years apart in age, and it started happening to us at the same time, working at the same place. I was shocked by how many hairs were on my hands when I would shampoo my hair. Hundreds of them all at once. It went from extremely thick, to a highly visible crown within a matter of a month or 2. It eventually slowed down, but it never really stopped. Sometimes it seems to happen faster, and then slow back down. But as I said, it seems like my hair is shedding, and I am literally not growing anything back where hairs fall out from. My entire head feels very thin. I conservatively estimate at least 50% of the volume of hair is gone, with the concentration being on the crown, down the back somewhat, down the sides, and all the way to just before my hairline in front. It makes no sense at all. I went to a dermatologist a year and a half ago and he must've spent 20 seconds sort of looking at my hair, barely touching it or anything, and said "yeah androgenetic alopecia", and didn't bother running any kind of tests or really examining me at all. It was absolutely heartbreaking.
I would give every material possession I own, my job, my money, everything to have my hair back to normal. I am an already EXTREMELY self-conscious person to the point of literally being diagnosed with OCD, anxiety, and panic disorder because of it. This is the last thing I needed, and it's just my luck that my story is nothing.... NOTHING like anyone else's that I have been able to read about online. I've basically given up.

@@danielmoreira1965 Well, it used to be building pallets when I first started. It was very physically intense, especially after my previous line of work, which was almost sedentary by comparison. I lost about 40 pounds in 10 weeks doing it. I figured that was it and everything would balance back out and my hair would return to normal eventually. I stopped that work 2 years ago and now work in the same place, but in inventory control. Physically not hard at all, not even a little. But my hair is now just slowly getting worse. It's like telogen effluvium triggered male-pattern baldness, if that is even possible.

Note: if u have male pattern baldness then there is nothing u can do about it.
Just live with it. Hair is not important at all but the thing that lies just beneath it is extremely important. Your brain 🧠 is extremely important

Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name. Amen. cda
