- Kitui East Member of Parliament (MP), Nimrod Mbai, has been caught on camera assaulting a staffer of Kenya Power.
The incident happened on Monday, July 3 evening, in the Acacia area of Kitengela in Kajiado County.

the same kplc staff are corrupt and installing illegal electricity....at the same the mp needs to be arrested for slapping and abusing the kplc staff....very shameful to both kplc and the mp...all those issue suppose to be handled professionally
Rogue kplc contractors and their staff have been used to make illegal connection's, not necessarily Kplc staff.
What the mp would have done is produce the documentation applying for the same and not beating up a Kplc engineer who is on duty.
Why would the cable's be installed underground,shame on the mp.
