Streamlight's new TLR-8 features a new low profile design, a red laser and a "safe off" feature which will help to save your batteries by preventing accidental activation. This light will product up to 500 lumens and run for 1.5 hours. The light will easily and quickly mount to a wide range of full-size as well as compact handguns.

the light does not slide all the way to trigger guard with the correct key installed, but will without key,but claims will not stay on after recoil?
I just bought a tlr 8a and literally doesn’t work.
I cant get the little e clip in im using the tool but i stll keep bending the clip
Have a p-01 the key they say to use does not fit

Otherwise, you may have to have one custom made or wait a little longer for manufacturers to start making them now that Streamlight has released them to the public. I just bought a new hk45 Compact and my Streamlight tlr4 is too big to fit it. Will this work on an hk45c?

Heard back from Streamlight. If you have a rail system, you will use the 1913 key. If no rail, it will not work.

Caleb Rutherford I am not sure. We don’t carry any holsters that would work. I’m sure if you do a little digging, you will find something or a place that would custom make a holster for you. Sorry I couldn’t help any further.

Yeah but it doesn’t fit correctly. I figured it would be flush to the trigger guard but there’s a gap. It does the job tho.
