    How do you throw the darts like that and they hit their target? If I tried to throw like that my darts would completely miss the board. I have an annoying problem when I throw darts. Before I let go of the darts my hand always turns to the left or right or its too low or too high which causes the darts to be way off target. Another annoying issue I have is my arm spasms or jerks a bit like Jocky Wilson's throw and when I let go of the dart it goes towards the 10, 15 and 2 but completey misses the board each time. I have no control over the darts when I throw them nothing works. I have a lot of tension in my arm the muscles are tight and everytime I pick darts up to throw them it always feels like I've never thrown darts in my life. I practise 1 or 2 hours a day but I know I'm wasting my time because I don't know what to practise as a beginner.

      Lots and lots of practice, happens a lot with me, get a lot of 45's, 41's 66's 26's. I think it is psychological. My hand always moves to the left or to the right at least once. I try to stay relaxed with a relaxed throw and try not to think to much.
