    This is your second video I watched today. I am really enjoying your content. I need to watch all of your videos. I suggest if you can do a video about Mastering. Considering the high quality of your videos, I am sure it will be a good one as well !!

    Dope content bro! I have an off topic question though. I noticed you have the Safire Pro 40. I was just wondering if you were able to use that as adat expansion with your Apollo interface? I haven’t tried it yet and I have a M1 so I’m curious if it works 🤔 Thanks!

    • @audioedges
      @audioedges  Před rokem +1

      Thanks Brandon! That's the idea, yes, though my M1 is relatively new and I haven't got around to trying it out yet on here! I would imagine because it's an ADAT cable straight to the Apollo, and not trying to run through the ancient firewire connection, that it would work just fine! Only area of trouble with the Saffire Pro40 is I'm not sure whether you need the old Saffire legacy software (which I'd guess is incompatible with M1) to link anything. The Focusrite OctoPre would be the best bet here because it's just an ADAT Preamp going straight to the Apollo. Hope that helps! :)

    What was the key command to auto fade the clips??🔥🔥🔥

    • @audioedges
      @audioedges  Před rokem +3

      Great question! Highlight the start or end of the audio region that you'd like to fade, and press F! If it's a crossfade between two regions, you'll need to highlight the regions and hit Command-F. Welcome to the channel! :)
