think this is your best work yet man, at least to me. Trunk Fiction was my previous favorite before now though I am a huge fan of all of your works.
I love when artist get experimental, and there's so much experimental here but it's still distinctly 2Mello. There's so many different influences that while I'm not informed or verbose enough to be able to type them out, I noticed and thoroughly enjoyed hearing your take on em.
Also so happy to hear you spittin' more and more, hearing it dispearsed more frequently throughout tracks was so nice,

this is so good Mello, it gives me more of a trunk fiction vibe with is awesome. everything you make is just so good, the drums are on another level.
My understanding of this album is that it's about the toll the music industry takes on its artists. This is especially apparent in t.m.o., where it seems to talk about parasocial relationships and the commodification of artists.
I realized that almost every song on the album uses the well known Amen Break, and I think that's a great representation of artists being neglected. The drummer who made the amen break, Gregory C. Coleman, ultimately died homeless, broke, and forgotten. Although the amen break maybe the most well known motif in modern music, and samples of it were remixed into songs that made millions, he never received royalties or credit or work.
Superb presentation. Love the collaboration with such talented visual artists! Such a strong combo with the groovy tunes.
