@@306furkan If both have divine shield poisonous and you're up against big stats like dragons or The deathrattle McCaw beast you want to not tripple, as it would now only take 2 hits to kill them as opposed to 4. Against tokens though? Tripple every time.
@@HunterTSilver Not always, like others said it really depends on what you are up against. Against mechs (like he was) stats matter even on your divine shield poisons. Otherwise you are just gonna break a random shield and get killed, or get killed by random tokens.

I actually have had nothing but fantastic results with Millhouse in his current iteration. 11k rating and I do what many people call "risky" by selling on turn 2 (even if I don't get a token) to tier up and taking the hit for one turn. The curve becomes insanely consistent and I cannot remember the last time I got worse than third with Millhouse.
I wonder if changing the damage in such a way that every remaining minion adds only 1 attack to your hero for the hit, so that the max damage you could ever do to someone is 13, would fix things.
Ye I've been thinking that for a while now. You'd probably have to change starting health, but I think they can find a sweetspot when damage is more controlled like that
My take on changing the damage would be: a board can never do more damage than the sum of the minion tiers, so that a board with 2 rats and a boat would never do more than 3+3+6 regardless of how many tokens they spawn. This would cut down so much on the frustration from the extra damage you would take from popping a 3 star rat turning it into 7 damage and it wouldn't slow down the games too much (since it is clear that the devs want faster games, not slower)
Holy hell, kripp, I'm either usually immediately onboard with your decisions or I come to understand their wisdom later, but this game was a clusterfuck. Not goldening your tidecaller to make board space, not buffing your maexxna with the shieldbearer, not selling your 4-2 murloc for the 2-6 poison that was sitting right there that would have one-shot his big taunt that your murloc just flaccidly ran into, just to name a few, like buddy, that was a rough game for me to watch. Glad you won. But fuck me, you took minutes off my life with this one.
Instead of removing tavern level dmg on win, why not just give shields on tavern levelup. Disposable health from levelling up sounds like it should give enough of a buffer for extremely horrible RNG screwing you over
i won a game with millhouse today. the reason being me getting tokens, quickly getting 7 minions and just tiering up every turn. got 3 triples on 5 and got kalecgos on the third. when i got kaly though everyone else had just leveled to 5.

i had a millhouse double gold hogger build yesterday and my god the gold income is just absurd also my pirates were beefy asf.
I was the Rafaam in this game. I faced Deathwings way too many times and died before my dragons grew big.
