How to check charger and battery issue by voltage meter?

1.How to check the charger is working or not ?
2.How to check the battery output hole is working or not ? ( If your battery is full charged but unable to turn on the bike computer)

I have a 48v battery read 53.4v. It suppose read 54.6v. 1v less does it affect anything.
¿Why? You forgot to say that, or else the info you provide is very incomplete. The reasons are what our minds like the most.
I just got my bike today and it started red and now its green is it charged or broken? I put it on the bike because i thought it was charged and it lit up red and it wouldnt work
No Lol, hope you realised after putting your comment down after 3 days. Red means charging and when it turns green it means the battery is fully charged to its capacity. Right now I'm charging my escooter and the charger is showing red but when it becomes full it will turn green. Hope you understand by now. ✌️
@@MrJLiebert i found out i was turning it off when i was trying to use it and one when i thought i was turning it off. It was mever broken😂😂. But i know how to use it now i was just dumb at first
Somebody wants me to sell ebike with no battery. The bike had the original 48v. How to check bike if is in working condition? I have a 36v battery at home..., and a charger too. Any ideas? Thanks
