Very useful to have Annachi around. Very handy. When curry leaves r in season, freeze, Comes of use in time of shortage. U can put a piece of Vadu manga from pickle, that is if u have.
Madam when you fry ladyfinger must wash first. After word you cut can't get the sitey .(Singaporean)

Hi Akka, mouth watering your fish kolombu and fry fish, one of my fav fav fav food. Since we live in an apartment we don’t hv facilities of gardening. Also sea side difficulty is there with plants growing. So much of liking to hv a garden house, love gardening.

When u get a lot of curry leaves, clean n air dry. Then wrap it up in newspaper or kitchen paper. Leave it to dry completely . Then bottle it. English weather n Australian weather is q dry. The leaves retain the color . Can store for months. Tried n was successful. Use it when fresh leaves r not avail. Freezing it is another option.
