    It's true, women need to be teaching other women the Scriptures as prescribed in the NT and men need to step up and lead according to the Spirit!

    Encouraging!!!! I thought I was limited BECAUSE of scripture. “Being busy at home”, “Older women teaching younger women ‘how’ to love their husbands”, etc etc. All the while loving the Word, studying the Word and so on. Wow! God “raising up women to be a rebuke to the men”. Wow!!

    I believe God used me all over the world as a way of provoking men to Go. I have preached alone in many dangerous countries. I wanted to quit in 2017, but God asked me to go another 3,5 years. I would much rather be safe and stable at home. Yesterday I preached and only other preachers in city were 2 women. God bless, I am not feminist. I just love Jesus and lost souls.

      Praise God! I see that you not only preached in dangerous countries, but preached "the true Jesus of the Bible" in some Muslim countries, publicly, by yourself, as a single woman! In these last days, what’s more important than preaching the true Jesus? It’s definitely a shame to men who let a woman to fight the battle for us! On the other hand, I believe it’s also an answer for some women who think preaching is easy.

    As a 19 yo female young believer,can I talk about God and faith to my younger brother (16) cause he's asking me a lotta questions about salvation and telling me about how he's depressed and I want to talk to him about how Jesus can set him free or am I not 'allowed' to preach to him?

      Everyone may share Jesus to others, especially their families or someone whom God leads to us. Preaching is not simply sharing; it involves exposition, application, exhortation, etc. I recommend you read the Bible with your brother, or show him the words of God. Blessings

    I am just thinking out aloud. For at least 15 years or more of a young persons life male or female it's mainly a woman who has been teaching him/her. A woman school teacher, a Sunday school teacher and his/her mother. When they get older and go to university they are then sometimes taught by women lecturers or in certain job they are trained by women. So obviously women can teach and do a good job at it. So why can they teach everywhere else but not in the church to men. I know what the Bible says but I still ponder the why?

    • @reformedheart
      @reformedheart  Před 3 lety +15

      Preaching is not just about teaching or giving a speech. Preaching is about going to war against the devil for the souls. When a country has war, no one will ask why let the men fight before the women. It's not just about priority but sacrifice and responsibility. It needs a lot of time in study and in prayers. At the end, every preacher will be questioned by God for every word they spoke in the pulpit, because it's about the eternal life and eternal death of other people. Men are made to fight against evil. At the same time, God has a special calling for women, which is to help their husbands to do the will of God (Genesis 2:18). At the end, everyone gets rewards equally, not by the works they do or like to do, but by their obedience to the will of God.

    Real men will never put down woman. They understand the value in woman because they created in the image of God. Now if we want to look at scripture and not your feels it is very clear the qualifications of an elder in the church. Woman can preach but they don't have authority over men. No where in the bible does God say just because men will not raise up I will use woman no where. God used woman in the Bible for his purpose and plans. We all should preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ but that will change under the order of church.

    This gentleman whom I love an respect is contradicting himself. He said he wouldn't want a woman standing next to him in the mission field at street preaching situation and then he says there's a breadth of potential for women to reach other women and MOST of the future men before they're 15 in the middle of the Jungle? I really don't understand. And yes I know who Charo Washer is and how they met.

    • @reformedheart
      @reformedheart  Před rokem +6

      True preaching will have oppositions, and street preaching can be dangerous. He's saying that when he goes to war, he doesn't want women around him lest they get attacked. On the other hand, women teaching other women and children is not only biblical but relatively peaceful.

    • @reformedheart
      @reformedheart  Před 3 lety +51

      God can definitely use anyone. That is common sense. God can even use a rock better than using a rebellious sinner. Actually, there are many women better than men in preaching and teaching. Nevertheless, we are talking about God's will. We need to ask if it is what God has ordained and revealed in the Bible.

    what is your opinion of women who preach the gospel in third world basement churches under threat of death?

    • @reformedheart
      @reformedheart  Před 3 lety +25

      I honor those women who are willing to die for preaching the gospel. Nevertheless, even a person is willing to die for God, it does not mean that's what God calls him/her to do. Obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22). However, there are special cases that God may raise up women to preach.
