...and I ~know~ why it flows NOW and I appreciate it SO VERY MUCH ♥ This is the most amazing thing I´ve ever felt: I LOVE MY BODY!

I wo like to share my experience with this wonderful rampage. I listen to it almost every morning. It gives me energy and self-confidence. I enjoy today feeling and thinking positively about my body. When I started listening to Abraham, I was postpartum depressed , nervous and tired. In one of Abraham's conversations a woman talked about her difficulties and her dealing with her body. Abraham told her that she should begin to love what the body gives her in the here and now,and appreciate it. And from there she will be inspired how to act, what to do, what to eat. I listened to it and one morning as I sat outside I felt my body asking me to stand and raise my hands up and down to the sides. Move the body gently. I will did it for a few weeks, each time I was inspired to do something more . Bend down and up, then I got inspired to look and find CZcams gym videos. I thought my family would think I was completely crazy. I would get up really early and do gymnastics in a 4 minute video, without anyone noticing. Then it grew to an 8 minute workout, and then 20 minutes and then I no longer cared who saw me, and what people thought of me .. I signed up for a gym, I started exercising regularly. People around me keep asking me what diet I did, and what workouts I do. I try to explain that I have no magic, other than to connect to what suits me. Today I wear 4 sizes less than I wore four and a half years ago. I realize that I am blessing my breath, my beating heart, the cells in my body that keep me in balance, my skin that protects me. From there it starts. Thank you so much for helping us

Feeling good is the work. What an incredible take away for me. I tend to overanalyze/worry (anxiety, hey!) and I have never really looked at it this way. It seems so simple now. Dear loving Saskaya, Thank you so much for sharing this! It is so uplifting and it is life transforming for me. I listened to it and had a catharsis - letting go of all the non loving thoughts and feeling towards my body. Right now the love for my body has expanded and greater appreciation for it. Thank you so much for this. I have been on medical leave for 9 months with adrenal burnout/hypothyroid/SIBO and ALL the crazy that comes with those. The way you put this together lead me to exactly the place I needed to be. It was all the thoughts I needed to hear but hadn't had yet.
