CMC is insanely coachable, its honestly impressive to see someone of this caliber of football player being so humble

So, this is why McCaffrey looks like an insane video game out on the field. The TD he scored in the SB on the end around screen pass made everyone look like they were moving in slow motion.

I wish they explained how each training exercise or area translates to the field. For example, the back flips in the water. I could assume they are for flexibility, etc.

McCaffrey's grandfather is Dave Sime, consistently one of the world's best sprinters for the last half of the 50's. He was THIS close to leaving Rome 1960 with two golds and earning the title "World's Fastest Human." I still think he was the fastest guy at that meet. Watch his races. I don't have a Dave Sime in my lineage.

When the coach asks, "How's your nervous system?".. what exactly is he asking CMC to check on? What does a positive answer mean and what does a negative answer mean?
Do you feel burned out/groggy or do you feel really turned out/high energy levels. For example, when lifting when you’re early in the week and fresh vs towards the end of the week or a session when even if you’re “fresh” you’re still feeling not 100%
