I have written this drum sheet music myself to go with the track.
It's a funky tune in the style of James Brown.

Do you mean the slashes or the little notes written on the top line?
If it’s the slashes - they basically mean “play time that suits the style”, and it’s up to the drummer to come up with an appropriate groove.
The little notes written above in this piece are the horn figures. With these you can chose to mimic the rhythm on the kit (on the snare for example). It’s a stylistic choice though so you don’t have to play the phrases if you think it might sound clunky.

I like to incorporate it into the groove so I don’t overplay. One example would be to play the 8th note on the +of3 on the kick, then the two 16th notes on the snare. Like a double on the backbeat.
It’s no different than the groove already, just adding a double on the backbeat. But makes the horns pop.
