As far as it goes for strength, I do tend to compare myself with other people I know (not just armwrestling, but lots of other tests as well, most of which I have invented), and I 've lost to some women, but again never to any man. So yes, we are stronger.
I was debating to myself if you were just a troll, or if you were truly ignorant of basic biology, or if you are overly defending a position because you feel an injustice is going on. I am thinking it is the latter. It is true men and women are made differently, and no amount of exercise or weightlifting will change that, but that does not mean men are superior to women! Men and women are equal but in different ways. Men are stronger, women are more patient, flexible and linguistically superior.

For a perfect score it would have to have been a 100% perfect performance and with relative scoring she'd have to be up against competition as good as herself. Still amazing though, she must eat, sleep and breathe this stuff.

I have been judging these tournaments for 5 years now. When judges score competitors they are comparing them to other competitors not judging how perfect they are. The only way they would give a score higher than a 9.7 is if they have already given a 9.7 and they believe that hers was better. So if they gave her a 9.7 that doesn't mean that there was anything wrong with her performance.

The average man on the street naturally is going to be stronger than the majority of women on the planet. Biologically it is what it is, a woman could lift twice the weights that I do and I would gain twice the muscle. Women though tend to be more flexible, as they carry less muscle (that is why BJJ is great for women). Women also have verbal strength and pain tolerance.
Testosterone is exactly why men have a DISadvantage. Testosterone is fat-friendly, so it pulls fat cells in between muscle fibres, therefore your muscle quality drops and you just look bigger. Estrogens work for quality, so while we look smaller, come close enough and we can fuck you up in a moment, provided that we believe we can do it. As for flexibility, it needs much more strength than you seem to think, if you are to perform extreme exercises at least. Small isn't always weak.

You know, the typical "lean body mass" figure alone says nothing. Women find it harder to gain weight in general, so their muscle mass has to be clearer in order to make up for the "lack" of mass. Else women wouldn't be the (slight) majority of population... Don't just rely on studies. Think on your own as well.
