Bro Tiff the other night as I was watching your sermon on speaking in the Holy SPIRIT with the evidence of speaking in tongues I was here in my bed room praying with you and before I knew it I was praying in that Heavenly language. Praise God I have watched other people seeking for the Holy Ghost and there would be dozens of people around them and I. wondered if maybe they were more of a hindrance than any thing else. May God forgive me if I am wrong. I have been in the alter before praying and i couldn’t get anywhere praying for the Holy Ghost. After you told me I didn’t have to be in church to receive a blessing. I listened to that sermon again and you made a lot of sense. I starting praying right here with you in my bedroom and God showed me you were right and my prayer was answered thanks to you. I praise God and I thank you Bro Tiff. You have been a real blessing to me.

I am born again and know the Holy Spirit is in me. I sense His presence in me, and talk to Him frequently through my day. Many, many times I have asked Him to fill me overflowing. Yet, I have not been given the gift of tongues. I have asked to receive it and am willing. I've been taught God doesn't give everyone every gift. I've sometimes felt I'm not good enough in God's eyes since He hasn't given me that gift, and I realize He doesn't want me to feel that way. He knows I am willing, and I know He will give me what He chooses to give me, when He chooses to give it to me. I trust Him that He provides everything I need, and more.

Thank you Brother Tiff! I have recently rededicated my life back to Christ after years of backsliding and substance abuse. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues is something I haven't received yet and at the same time I strongly believe in its reality. I was raised in a pentecostal church and speaking in tongues was something I witnessed from a very young age. The presence of God in true revival is something I knew was Real and Powerful and of Love early in my life.
Cessationism is a lie! The scriptures and the teaching you provided on this video is what I needed to hear and have strengthened my faith even more in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues! Praise God!! Please pray for me, and thank you again Brother Tiff! By the way I love your sermons and am going to subscribe to your channel now. I will be praying for you and all of your church! 🙏

I will never forget the moment I received this gift. I didn’t even ask but I was at work in a factory and had this sudden urge to just pray. It was like someone pushed my head down into my hands ( I was sitting in chair) and a language came out and definitely not English! The lady near me said “ who are you contacting?” I prayed all day in this unknown language. God just decided to bless me right then

Jesus came to me in my dream. I had been begging (not knowing I didn’t need to) for months. Than one night Jesus was there! I can’t remember His face but I remember His feet and this light. But it was like the light was penetrating my entire being and He was also the light. He spoke in tongue to me and than said, “now you do it” and I just did exactly as He said. I just obeyed I can’t explain it. I was so excited, I woke up telling my husband I saw Jesus and I prayed in tongues, saying I’m going to receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit soon! I know I am. Just days later I was alone in my secret place and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit filled me with evidence on tongues. God showed me that I didn’t need to beg I only needed to trust and act! Sometimes I am in tears and sobbing while I pray in tongues. Tears of joy and reverence. I don’t care who thinks I’m crazy or doesn’t believe me, I know that I know!

"What Does the Bible Say About Receiving the Baptism in the Holy Spirit"
Tiff, kind Sir...that is a wonderful title. Love it...
For in my 69 yrs of being Born Again; I believed that "liquid water baptisms" saves us. But having sincere prayers to Jesus for wisdom, understanding and the truth; I realized that was NOT so. In other words; NO liquid water EVER saved any one. For it was ONLY a "cleansing water"; that the Israelites had to do often.
But John the Baptist put that underneath the drawers; when he said this...
Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with (liquid) water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit, and with fire (Heavenly Power):
    And Jesus said this...
John 3:5 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water of (from) the Holy Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
    And also Jesus said this...
John 4:13 Lady Samaritan listen to me, Whosoever drinketh of this (liquid) water shall thirst again: John 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of (Spiritual) water springing up into everlasting life.
That changed EVERY thing for me. Praise Jesus. Consider this: When did the thief on the Cross ever get "baptized" in water? Or an atheist soldier in a foxhole; who says to Jesus he sincerely believes in Jesus. And one second later; a grenade blows his head off. How could he be baptized in liquid water? Huh? One more (but there are myriads of other situations)...
An atheist woman was coaxed to go to a Billy Graham Colosseum. During the sermon, she was changed. And when the sermon ended; she had to walk down many concrete steps. And sadly, she fell on some steps; and she died instantly. Now I ask you Brethren; is Jesus going to tell her this on Judgment Day?...
"OH dear lady, I'm sorry but you didn't get a liquid water baptism; even though you were headed to the alter! Thus I must cast you into hell. Sorry"!
Now I don't know what "ya'll" believe. But I will tell you this: that me and my family says, "Jesus would NEVER do that. Praise His Holy Name"! And "To the 4 corners of the world!"... End of Story and I rest me case...
...In any case kind Sir and Brethren, Please Pray OFTEN and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. And may Jesus bless you and yours always. AMEN!

So a Christian doesn't have to be baptized in water? Just by accepting Christ in my heart I will be baptized in the Holy Spirit? I haven't been baptized in water and I'm kind of scared about it. I was only sprinkled in a Catholic church when I was a child. My grandfather was Catholic and my grandmother was Protestant. I'm non denominational not involved in any church. Thank you. I know a large number of brothers and sisters in Christ who do not speak in tongues, mostly as a result of either having really bad experiences in the charismatic movement or from not being taught biblically. You're spot on with that. However there are some in my life who claim to have been baptised in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of tongues, but honestly exhibit none or very very little fruit of the Spirit. Can you perhaps explain why you think this is.

The Corinthian church did lack any spiritual gift, yet they were the most carnal (1 Cor 1:7): "Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed." Tongues does not equate maturity. Growth does not happen by accident; it requires discipline to be in the Word to renew our minds.

Old Covenant Baptism vs. New Covenant Baptism (water vs. Spirit)
Water baptism was a part of the Old Covenant system of ritual washing. The Old Covenant priests had to wash before beginning their service in the temple. (Ex. 30:17-30) When Christ was water baptized by His cousin John in the Jordan River, He was under the Old Covenant system. He also only ate certain foods, and wore certain clothes, as prescribed by the 613 Old Covenant laws. Christ was water baptized by John and then the Holy Spirit came from heaven. (Acts 10:38) The order is reversed in the New Covenant. A person receives the Holy Spirit upon conversion, and then believers often declare their conversion to their friends and family through a water baptism ceremony. Which baptism makes you a member of Christ’s Church?
The New Covenant conversion process is described below. (Born-again)
Eph 1:12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
(A person must “hear” the Gospel, and “believe” the Gospel, and will then be “sealed” with the Holy Spirit.)
Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
(See Jer. 31:34 for the New Covenant promise, and 1 John 2:27 for the fulfillment)
    ============
Which baptism is a part of the salvation process, based on what the Bible says?
    What did Peter say below?
Acts 11:15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
Acts 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.
Based on Luke 3:16, and John 1:33, and Acts 11:15-16, the most important thing about the word "baptize" in the New Testament has nothing to do with water. The Holy Spirit is the master teacher promised to New Covenant believers in Jeremiah 31:34, and John 14:26, and is found fulfilled in Ephesians 1:13, and 1 John 2:27. Unfortunately, many modern Christians see water/ every time they read the word "baptize" in the text.
Based on the above, what is the one baptism of our faith found in the passage below? How many times is the word "Spirit" found in the passage, and how many times is the word "water" found in the passage?
Eph 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
    Eph 4:2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
Eph 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
    Eph 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, (See 1 Cor. 12:13)
    “baptize” KJV
Mat_3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
Mar_1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (Water or Holy Spirit?, See Eph. 1-13.)
Luk_3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
    Joh_1:26 John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not;
Joh_1:33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
1Co_1:17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. (See Eph. 4:1-5)
Heb 9:10 Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation. (Old Covenant ----> New Covenant)
How many people have been saved by the Old Covenant water baptism of John the Baptist?
Who did John the Baptist say is the greatest Baptist that ever lived in Luke 3:16? What kind of New Covenant baptism comes from Christ?
Hebrews 9:10 Old Covenant vs. New Covenant
(ESV) but deal only with food and drink and various washings, regulations for the body imposed until the time of reformation.
(Geneva) Which only stood in meates and drinkes, and diuers washings, and carnal rites, which were inioyned, vntill the time of reformation.
(GW) These gifts and sacrifices were meant to be food, drink, and items used in various purification ceremonies. These ceremonies were required for the body until God would establish a new way of doing things.

You need to read 1 Chorinthians 15: 1-4 Also the bible says salvation is a gift and not by works lest any man boast.

It would take some hundred pages to explain in detail, the why, the who and moreover, the reason and purpose that i landed here to watch this first video of you by COINCIDENCE, which of course is exactly the same as DESTINY, but before i keep on writing and find me two hours later splitting my 20 thousand or more words into separated Comments, because CZcams only allows a maxium of just a few thousand characters....yes, let me finish right here again how i started.

i wish you a nice day, a good morning or a pleasant night wherever you are right now and who knows, maybe one day, i will be somewhere near you and then i will be able to thank you from face to face, eye to eye and from soul to soul.

With deep respect and a warm feeling in my hole essence from listening to you...

I have always wondered about the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came on the disciples, the people who heard them said that they hear them speaking about Jesus in their native language it was Jews from different places. I know it’s a heavily language so their for how did the people understand what their were saying if they had not received the Holy Spirit could they interpret what was being said. Thanks

There must not be many believers for if their were we would not need hospital's or Chemo.
Acts 2:6 KJV Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his OWN language.
    A known language.
Only by two or three and if their is no one to interpret keep your mouth shut.
John 3:5 KJV Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Water is the Word of God you must hear and believe and obey to receive the down payment of the Holy Ghost!
Ephesians 5:25-26 KJV Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26. That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Really wish you hadn't done this video... I very much disagree with you and this teaching. This 'doctrine' has caused great emotional pain and suffering at the hands of those who teach this belief. Love most of your teachings but this one.. I reject... not the Holy Spirit but the 'doctrine' that there is a separate 'baptism' of the Holy Spirt with evidence in speaking in 'tongues'. You and so many others that believe this 'spin' the scriptures to support this teaching. I look forward to hearing your other teachings for I've learned some good insights.

Do you really think God is a Spirit / Ghost ???
The NT was originally Greek, you're following a English interpretation..
    ..
OT. Rüakh HaKodesh = Spirit Holy - Ruach is Breath of God (Elohim),
.... God Breathed Life into Adam = Genesis 2:7
    .
NT. Holy Spirit = hagios = Free from Sin - Spirit = pneuma - Breath of God..
Jesus (Yeshuah) Breathed Life into the Disciples on the Day of Pentecost = John 20:22
    ..
KJV = Wind, Spirit, Ghost are the exact same word in the Greek NT = pneuma, Breath of God.
    ...
    John 3:8
The wind (pneuma, Breath of God) bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit .(pneuma, Breath of God) ..
    Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost (pneuma, Breath of God)..
    ..
Don't let the English translations Blasphem the Word of God.
    Heaven or Hell
    Ready or Not ?

It depends on the context which definition is being used whether wind, spirit, or ghost, breath of God

Wind, Spirit, Ghost are the exact same word in the Greek NT = pneuma, Breath of God. The English translation is wrong.
      ..
      1 Corinthians 2:14
      14. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
      .
What part of 1 Corinthians Ch 12 thru 14 have you recieved.???
