puff pastry: 700 g (25 oz)
tomato sauce: 70 g (2.5 oz)
cheese: 170 g (6 oz)

Oh yeah...instead of putting it on a baking tray...I would use a muffin tray...that one way to guarantee the fold.

I haven’t figured out why every video is 8 minutes (8 agonizingly slow minutes) and all use puff pastry. In fact there are bunches using cold cuts too. The focus of this should have been the rosette design rather than slowly cutting slices of ham (separately) every which way with that butcher knife just to make 2 triangles - with lots of waste. Maybe next time use cold cuts and puff pastry again but give 2 or 3 different designs using those same ingredients. And keep in mind that most if not all of us can cut cheese into triangles without being shown over and over and over 😵🪦💤😴

Maybe you should count the ingredients again, I counted 4 for main snack and 5 for cheese sauce

Just saying when you cut the cheese and the ham...if put the cheese on top of each other and cut it would have been for time efficient the same for the ham😊

Beautiful but not acceptable. how many sheets of puff pastry like the one shown will we need? This sheet of puff pastry is less than 700 grams. From one sheet, 12 circles come out, which is 2 flowers. 70% of the dough is used, and shall we throw away the scraps? And the knife with which it is cut is not sharp. They cut the ham.

I just fast-forward to the next step. I made these only used honey Dijon 🍯 instead of tomato sauce.
The music makes it worse but cutting each circle 12 times and then the giant knife to cut cold cuts! Yikes. The only thing was the design. I have done it with apple slices and cinnamon sugar to make “roses” in muffin tins but this is a fun idea.. and I could have seen it in less than 3 minutes. No more 8 minute videos please!!

I have to agree with them. Your recipes look fantastic the end product is always beautiful but getting there is just so laborious. Maybe you can get some tips from other presenters of how they push that forward quite a bit faster and yet we're able to understand it. Good luck because you have a lot to offer but if they stay this slow you'll be losing me.
