I beleive there are 3 basic components of a test case, actions, expected results and actual results. Here we are only getting actions so i still feel it's in complete. This can be used mostly for writing steps for bugs but not for normal development cycle when we want test case handy prior development. That's my opinion about it,rest looks good and something usefull.

Amazing tool and thanks to Selector's hub and Naveen for displaying it in action. Can i ask , if the tester can have a choice to upload screenshots or Complete video for the steps. I am a freelance exploratory tester and the clients require video rather than screen shots, for both mobile and desktop. That would be a great feature to add. Export the video to Jira along with the test steps. Yes, you have to consider the size limit too!

Further they can add to export directly to JIRA.
Integrate using JIRA api and export should also have a option like "Export to JIRA" and search dropdown should be displayed with all created test case so when user selects an testcase it should add all Test steps with attachment to JIRA further test case creation is automated. Same can be implemented like other tool like testrail and more on

It’s a good tool but I have few pain point also :
1- As we know we wrote plenty of test cases and for each test case we have to create steps separately and have to download plenty of CSV. Like if I wrote around 100 test cases and even I reuse sone steps also still I have downloaded minimal 75-100 csv corresponding each test case steps.

You can record many steps as a test case, download it and upload in jira.
Then there is a button “delete all recorded steps” click on that and continue recording new test case.
For multiple test case recording also you will have to tell the tool that from here on new test case start and it will become very difficult in reality to filter out from bulk test cases sheet. So for this reason it doesn’t have that option currently. May be we will find better way to add it in future then we will add that support. Thank you.

It means your understanding is wrong. No tool will tell you what r u expecting from the application. It's a Tester responsibility to define the expected and actual results and decide it's correct or not as per requirement. This tool is helping to generate the those tedious test steps which can easily be exported to Excel sheet or you can import it into jira and or QC. If you are expecting a tool will do the testing for you your understanding of testing is not correct then.
