Hi Thanks for your feedback. Great question. rate limit is usually something that you configure at the proxy level ( envoy for example) . Rate limit blocks at the server level , Circuit break blocks at the client level ( before reaching the proxy). For now the api gateway defines the traffic split , the route, but i'm not sure about rate limit...i may be configured by the implementation : istio, nginx...etc

Great tutorial, can I set rate limit (number of requests) for DDOS protection on gateway api or rate limit on the basis of namespace?
