I just hoped that the writers see it that way and get Elliot and Olivia together romantically already finally we've awhile for them to finally get together romantically it would of been a bummer if they've didn't get together romantically after all these years of being friends and something more than friendship.
They both chose love over duty. They both were insufficient to do the job. In real life they would be suspended. We love them both anyway....
