Makeup Tutorial: The Bella Sofia Look with Olivia Culpo | Charlotte Tilbury

Steps to Create the Look:
Using the Bella Sofia eyeshadow palette, apply the Prime shade to the entire eyelid with a blending brush.
Apply the Enhance eyeshadow shade in the outer corners using a smudge brush.
Apply the Smoke eyeshadow shade along the upper lash line and run it along the lower lash line.
With your ring finger, apply the Gold shade to the center of your eyelid.
Use the Feline Flick Eyeliner pen to line the lashes. Tip the pen up and out at the outer edge to create the Feline Flick cat eye.
Apply Full Fat Lashes mascara to create volume.
Use Lip Cheat Lip Liner in pillowtalk.
Use Penelope Pink lipstick. This is the perfect pink lipstick shade that flatters every skin tone.
Apply Cheek to Chic Blush in Ecstasy on the cheeks.
Apply lip gloss using Lip Lustre in Seduction. - Jak na to + styl

It's so refreshing to see artists like Charlotte apply makeup in such a classy manner. I'm so used to seeing the likes of Zoella and Tanya Burr put on their makeup with the same tools in the same way, and seeing Charlotte's videos and how professionally and differently she treats makeup is so refreshing. Lisa Eldridge is also another one I would say treats makeup more like art than a task, brilliant.
HOLY CRAP, Olivia's face before makeup = my face after makeup (assuming my features completely change after a stellar makeup artist does their thing). Her eyes, lashes, brows, basically her entire face, is just unreal.
Ishita Ojha She's pretty and beautiful but she has cosmetic surgeries which makes her look that way.

+Inane Jane actually considering how thick and dark her eyebrows and hair are I'd say they are her natural lashes.And as far as I know you can't put mascara on eyelash extensions.I don't know her ethnicity but many middle eastern people have thick long lashes.My brothers lashes are ridiculously long.😊
you are not supposed to use mascara so that your extensions can last longer, and coming from someone who had eyelash ext I am 99% sure these are not her real lashes.. you can check some of her old pictures her eyelashes werent at least half as full :)
