"Me veras volver" (you will see me back) is the name of their tour (gira) of their return on stage after 10 years of the last concert as a band. The sentence is taken from the chorus of one of their most iconic songs "La ciudad de la furia" which is, of course, Buenos Aires.

Esta canción es mi favorita por combinación de tensión, cambios de ritmos, pausas y la perfecta ejecución por parte del trío que es muy sofisticado musicalmente. Y la voz de Gustavo Cerati es muy pero muy particular elegantemente rockera.

It means "Man Overboard!". Original version is from 1990. This 2007 tour ("gira") reinterpreted their songs in a more hard rock style and it's only gotten better. They became less "pop" or soft and a more decisively hard rock band, like they should have always been IMO. 🇦🇷 🇺🇸
You can definitely hear their sound quality, Gustavo was obsesive over it. Their live performance was flawless, never a note out of tune, out of sync, or poorly mixed... perfect every single time, amazing.

Loved this one. Man overboard, I would say it is a better translation. Soda was the greatest Latinamerican rock band from Argentina all the way up to Mexico. The best rock band in spanish language.

Hombre al agua = "man overboard." ;) You should actually look at the massive free concert they did when Canción Animal (the album this song comes from) came out in 1991. 150,000 people in the street reaching into the entrance to the freeway. It aired on TV in 1995, this is the link to the full show: czcams.com/video/zosXS8F2Je4/video.html You also mentioned in the Redondos video "there's no need for the band, they can sing out the entire album by themselves," which was basically what happened while we were waiting for the band and music was playing over the giant speakers. We sang every word to every song from other artists too! (I know, I was there!)
