The Flag Foundation of India (FFI) gifted the government of Afghanistan the country's largest national flag and Kabul's first and highest flagpole standing 207 feet. Afghanistan's President Hamid Karzai hoisted the old flag and dedicated it to the people. TODAY the taliban have put the new Islamic emirates of AFGHANISTAN flag on the pole.

How do tourists know who the police or military are? They are not wearing uniforms, so it will be hard for tourists like me to know who is police or military and who is a random guy trying to scam me.

And he said they could take pictures WITH him not of him, which doesn’t really make a difference of you ask me, definitely doesn’t require anyone to threaten to destroy someone’s phone.
Despite past conflicts brought to their land by foreigners, it’s heartening to see Afghans being open and trusting to a foreigner. As an American from USA I never agreed with the invasion of Afghanistan. %52 of Americans voted against invading Afghanistan. Unfortunately USA president isn’t voted in by popular vote, but by electoral vote.
