- Fun event. I normally skip these due to the pace and the lack of gear but was feeling friendly and playful this time around. A nice parade around NYC guided by NYPD with all the traffic blocked off - a truly unique experience. It was exciting to see all the folks on foot having reactions to the 1000 motorcycles passing by - one way or another. Sadly my battery died so I missed a good chunk of the FDR but that's ok. Distinguished Gentleman's Ride did not disappoint and there is a good chance I"ll be there again next year. Thank you everyone who organized and put this together!

I see myself in this video. I’m the dude with the camel blazer and yellow helmet on the Thruxton between 13-15m mark. 😂 It was a great ride but I think they could have opened up 1 more lane. Too slow and too much stop and go. But this year there’s no traffic at the finish line like 2023. So that’s an improvement.

Haha I was wearing my usual gear sicne i'm like all like ATGATT and gear all the time. This was my 3rd or 4th ride with DGR and first time i wore a full Tweed Suit. Maybe a suit next time with some of those Knox armor things underneath. Could be a fun idea. I just hate not wearing gear.

I guess no one told you guys to not be in the left lane while being escorted by the police on a ride. I have done several escorted rides and the first thing they tell you is they pass on the left to block the next several intersections. Other than that it looked like a blast. No one e put blue tape on their lic plates. I see a lot of tickets arriving in the mail in a few weeks.
Half the plates in the vid were blocked off. And they did give us instructions, but whatever 😂😂

В Мск такое тоже проводится силами Дукати клуба. Ноу нас масштаб конечно не такой ))

Haha lots of folks are from out of town and are weekend warriors I'd imagine but hey, its all good as long as no one gets hurt
