This year I will use my S1. It has been sitting in the safe for 3 years. I will put in my Chippa triple crown for driven fox hunting. I will see if its as good as my aimpoint H1 micro on my drillings.

When mounting a tubular type aimpoint sight 9000, hunter H30,on a rifle, what's the correct way to square the sight to the action, making the vertical and horizontal axis squared ? failing to properly square the sight axis will make it difficult to zero, as any correction made on windage will move the point in two axis instead one.
As there are no visible references in the reticle, and the sight body is round, what is the recommended procedure for squaring the sight ?
