Jon and Dan discuss why Biden is behind almost everywhere in the new round of battleground polls from the New York Times. Then, Rep. Colin Allred stops by the studio to talk about his race to unseat Sen. Ted Cruz in Texas, making the southern border more secure, and Biden's decision to pause weapons transfers to Israel.

    Crooked believes that we need a better conversation about politics, culture, and the world around us-one that doesn’t just focus on what’s broken, but what we can do to fix it. At a time when it’s increasingly easy to feel cynical or hopeless, former Obama staffers Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett, and Tommy Vietor have created a place where people can have sane conversations that inform, entertain, and inspire action. In 2017 they started Crooked with Pod Save America-a no-bullshit conversation about politics. Since then, we continue to add shows, voices, and opportunities for activism, because it’s up to all of us to do our part to build a better world. That’s it. End of mission.

      I see what you mean, luckily the majority of our countries population doesn’t support Donald Trump , and will never support him as a President. I choose to be pleased and focused on all of them. We can’t control other people too good obviously and there are a lot of factors like how these people were raised differently that makes them not able or not willing to raise their standards of qualities a person should have to be given such an important position as President of these United States.
      Unfortunately anymore when Republicans win control wether it be The White Hose, a majority in the Supreme Court out or a slim majority in Congress I get a feeling like I’m being raised by other people now so foreign to what I think is right and feels appropriate, and it’s unsettling. I always held onto we will have other elections and we will win again because I am in sync with the ideology with most of the people from my country.

      Those polls are only made to people that have land lines. The people that have land lines these days tend to be older people. Interestingly enough, Statista, the company that has real statistics online, shows that the older the age segments get in five year increments, the more Republican the population is.
      Therefore since older people have land lines, then the polls are going to be skewed towards Republicans.

    • @catherinebirch8263
      @catherinebirch8263 Před 17 dny

      Netanyahu just happens to be the leader of one of the country committing the war crimes. The leader of the country enabling and colluding with the war crimes is Biden. Netanyahu didn't come out of nowhere. He was elected after the leader whose assassination he had publicly called for was in fact assassinated; the reason he called for Yitsak Rabin's assissination was because Rabin supported the Palestinians having there own state. Since then Netanyahu has presided over Israeli settler invasions into the West Bank, and the killing of hundreds of West Bank Palestinians annually, and been re-elected more than once. He's not at all the lone wolf actor that American propganda would have you believe.
      That Netanyahu was ever re-elected is an indictment of the whole of Israel. Which isn't to say it couldn't reform.
      Biden, on the other hand, never had such a blatant record before his election. But he does now.

You know that you need to fact check the crap out of any reported nonsense from both mainstream media and the MAGGOT-camp. NJ resident here. From what I know, there's a maximum of like 10-20 K in that Wildwood area & they weren't even full to capacity. Using Mapchecking, which is a crowd-count tool, which was created to spot misinformation, scanned the Wildwood rally & indicated that the most generous verifiable crowd size is approximately 41,000 but remember, that doesn't account for regular non political beach goers just milling about to see what all the fuss was about.
    Don't get me wrong, I still think even 10k is an insane amount of cultishly uninformed potential voters, but they are clearly using the exact same playbook they did with the so called $50,000,000 fundraiser after Biden proved to have raised $25,000,000. for a single event.

    I'd like to know if you guys just take Trump's people at their word about the size of the crowd at last weekend's New Jersey rally? Per an overhead aerial view of the crowd, and using some, I believe, Google measuring software, the crowd wasn't even half of what it was purported to be.
