Yea no problem. I donated a bit the other day, just whatever spare stuff I had in my paypal wallet. I'm a huge fan of this stuff and also understand the problems with creating stuff and the pressure and criticism. Definitely take your time, follow your gut. It's very easily to feel alienated from the best decision making when you have a lot of people barking at how it should be done, but the overall best result will come with a clear mind, time, passion and enthusiasm. So just keep it on the backburner. Rome wasn't built in a day, as they say! Like I say in the video I do have my own (constructive) criticism ideas but I really do think that your enjoyment and clear mindedness is far more important than my own personalized ideas of cool things in a romhack like this. Love your work, and really looking forward to the final result (no matter how long it takes, tbh the more the better!). When I feel the itch to play SM64 I actually think about playing this rather than vanilla.
Hey have you had any issues with the game crashing as you enter that pipe in the negative overworld? Mine won’t let me make it past that point for some reason.
I have not, actually. I noticed vinny's vid ends with him entering that pipe in the negative world and it crashes. But every time I go into the green pipe in the courtyard with the inverted colour it just takes me to the underground maze (with the basement-like walls)
@@clovisii9366 What emulator and which version of your emulator are you using? The game will crash for me on other emulators. I just wonder what causes it to crash there for some people 🤔
@@Marxvee Just found that out recently actually! Had no clue about the game reading your IRL time and made changes based off that. Makes sense now why I couldn’t find it, I kept playing late into the night to fit the horror aspect lol
Theres drama with that and the 1.0 that the 'team' fixed wasnt approved by Chris. I know way less of the story than they do. The only person I really trust apart from Chris himself is bikdiponabus, his info would be better than mine.
I get the drama. Also, i understand how Chris feels because people are bugging me, and i am in high school, and it's causing me stress, and it's burning me out pepole
The way Chris treated the developers working under him reminded me of some verbally abusive bosses I've had to deal with under crunch. Even sadder still, this was a fan project, so deadlines shouldn't even be a thing since most of the developers went unpaid.
I can't really comment much because I don't know any of them personally or what happened. I do empathize with Chris as a creator, and I also understand what its like just really wanting something done. I don't know what any of the people working for him felt or exactly what happened, I don't even know Chris's side of the story. I'm just glad its all done now, and we have a playable finalized B3313. Hopefully there are more really cool romhacks that tap more into the dreamy sort of stuff, thats my favourite stuff for SM64 and the exact reason why I committed to playing B3313 after not playing SM64 for several years.

just Project 64.
Entering that pipe while playing at night crashes your game. Try playing in the morning or afternoon and see if that pipe still crashes your game.

You mentioned 0.7 being hard to find now. I still have the patch file saved.

0.7 has better music in some areas. It's also not as heavy handed with the jumpscare horror stuff and feels more weird/eerie.
Also, why does the eel jumpscare in the Black Box give you an actual star? The eel jumps scared that floods the black room or the black box
