There is no death certificate for the gift of prophesy!
Discernment is required to see if one is prophesying out of a lying spirit or out of truth. We are to test the spirits.
Even Pastor Mark says the world needs more prophets and less politicians.

I sense that you have a high standard of behavior and that you are able to maintain it with self control. But many were traumatized or missed essential developmental stages and can't seem to change their behavior like you can. We can shame them or work with their beliefs? We all want to have a better society where there are more people like you? Identifying spiritual oppression helped me to be more compassionate to others rather than blaming them for behaviors that they haven't been able to control. Thanks for posting!

My ex, a young, now 20-yo old girl, has this spirit. She hates male authority, she always used to complain about men, never women. She would love control and all the things like no respect for truth or lie other than control applies to her. Amazing.

Just as i was growing in my spiritual life, i was completely damaged and destroyed by my ex-zone cell pastor and my ex-asst cell leader. Both were in ministry but used it for evil. At that time, i didn't know they were both Jezebel spirits. May the Lord judge them !

This spirit has been attacking me through my sister. I couldn't figure out what spirit was coming against me until she attacked again the other day. I always get this feeling in my gut when it manifests. I now know God has been showing me when spirits manifest through people from this feeling. I even noticed that after it manifests and attacks, it pretends like nothing happened and will even try and do something nice. And when I set boundaries, I'm accused of having a cycle of "up and downs". To other people, she looks like a woman of God stomping on devils and I'm the one who appears to have a problem. Oh yea, there are false prophecies and don't hold your breath for an apology. This is one of the nastiest spirits I've dealt with out in the open. I want my sister to be free.

Independent here doesn't mean the opposite of codependent. It means controlling and without regard for authority especially spiritual authority they will literally scoff at people behind their backs. It isn't the same thing as independence in itself but in churches and family there is meant to be submission (not letting ppl walk all over you type of submission, but the opposite of pride kind of submission) hope this makes sense.
In fact codependence is it's own problem actually ... codependence in itself actually makes you a target of a jezebel... it's a whole thing. Codependence and highly empathetic people are "easily manipulated" and if you're constantly attacked by ppl with this spirit you should check yourself to see if you should be aware of this so ppl don't take advantage. Codependence doesn't mean relying on someone healthily it means your concept of self worth has become dependent on someone else's opinion of you etc etc etc these are all big problems.
P.s. google narcissistic abuse if you want more info it's so much bigger than an "independent spirit" (in this context) it's evil and destructive and this kind of "independence" is only one ear marker. There's a lot more like flattery and gossip and weird gift giving (as in intended to control your emotions) it actually borders on witchcraft and it makes the receiver feel crazy. Something a false teacher once wrote was “Everything in the service needs to preach- architecture, lighting, songs, prayers, fellowship, the smell- it all preaches. All five senses must be engaged to experience God.
That IS against what scripture teaches, which IS ALL a Christian needs to know God.
Since the late 80’s a lot of “Emergent” church theologies have developed and emergent church is just another way of saying new age paganism. These false emergent teachers can ALL be traced back to their various groups.
Return to scripture and scripture only if you want God. The rest are idol’s of man’s making, just like Jezebel

However - God is my accountability. I trust him over man. Isa 54 all day.
Some women are in a seasons of singleness and focus and preparation and healing. It does not make single women a Jezebel or anything less than purposed and positioned.
Some of us have been through some really hard crap. Some of us women are in positions of forced independence, truly - not because we chose it that way.
Discernment is required. Many man call single Christian women Jezebels because we won’t “submit” to their ungodly standard.

I think most pastors are afraid of women. I once worked for a parochial school, we would have a faculty meeting to resolve a thorny issue, everyone would say their say, the priest would listen and weigh it then make a decision that everyone thought was reasonable,.,., and then BOOM, the DRE, whose own husband was terrified of her, would go to the priest, turn on the water works and the drama, and the decision would be reversed.
The one priest I knew who was immune to this habitual reaction to crying, accusing women, a pious, humble but strong man, was accused by an aggrieved woman of having mental problems on social media, when he did not buckle under to this. But he didn't care, he just carried on.
What if I have Jezebel spirit? What am I supposed to do I for sure have Jezebel spirit I got it on my birthday from hanging out with prostitutes and then when I said that they were prostitutes, I think that that’s like accusing them. I don’t care if anyone’s a prostitute but like I can’t hang out with them when I’m drunk I can like pray over them sober and I can’t have them thinking that I’m gonna pay for sex because I’m Christian I can’t pay for sex.
