- With College Baseball being a niche sport especially in the 1980s, things changed when Rafael Palmeiro and Will Clark made their way to Mississippi State and brought the sport into the mainstream with the help of the new channel called ESPN. The duo became known as thunder and lightning and helped Mississippi State make it to the College World Series in 1985, though they would lose in the semis to Miami. Clark and Palmeiro would go on to have great MLB careers, but off field issues involving the two and Palmeiro's steroid use led to conflict.

will clark is kinda of douche. when i was nine i asked him for an autograph and he shooshed me.
sad clark ended up being a cornball. baseball is so goofy only sport that keeps out players from getting their credit because they took a steriod one time lmao. people need to learn how roids work and know they dont turn you into some type of super human lmao.

I wonder why the Olympics banned steroids since 1968 and even stripped some athletes of their medals over the following decades when found tested positive. I guess baseball isnt the only goofy sport.

A guy has a fantastic career on nothing but his genuine, natural, god given talent and the other has to take PEDs including steroids and then gets CAUGHT lying about it. People need to know how athletes like THAT work. (One time my ass!) Speaking of, looks like your definition of cornball is ass-backwards!😝🤣
