I agree with this completely. And it completely debunks the theory that the knob should point to catchers mitt prior to swing. That is false. Knob pointing to catchers mitt at anytime is irrelevant because the knob goes up allowing the bat head to swivel back and around into back end of hitting zone.

Great video. Do u use two hands to make the knob go up or is it the top hand mostly that controls the swing?
Good question. Thinking both hands are involved, pulling in opposite direction to cause knob to turn up.
