I am under the medication for ankylosing spondylitis. One year of shambavi helped me a lot. Still I have pain in my body. I am looking for the days of my life without pain. i felt Its time to take another step forward so i registered for bsp program. im so excited for what's gonna unfold
we definitely need a 2nd part podcast with this anna because of his miraculous transformation , maybe ask him how he built up his body when he was doing his 7 hr sadhana , what was his routine , his shambhavi , surya kriya experience and how it developed over time......

Haven’t watched the complete video yet and already it is one of the most powerful interviews Anna, Since past 3 months my body had also started collapsing (it’s been like that for past many years but last 3 months have been a steep downhill). Like Anna I’ve also been going from doctor to doctor and trying to figure out both via Ayurvedic methods and Modern medicine what the root cause is and trying to fix it but it’s been disappointing. The feeling where you feel no one can help you has been weighing me down, but when I hear him I feel this can also be an empowering journey. I’ve been trying to fix myself physically and many times have felt alone on the path, this video hopefully will give a renewed enthusiasm and hope for me. Thank you Vaisu Anna as always and Marc Anna ❤
