in toolsbox I don't seen rdp please can you tell me about this how I can enable rdp in my viusual studio 2022
Right-click on the toolbox and select the Additems, and find Remote Desktop Connection.

This is really a bogus application, all your doing is utilizing RDP API. Why not just use Remote Desktop Connection that comes with Windows?
