If a trans-Plutonian object has an elliptical orbit and is 29 times farther than Neptune, and is on the other side of the sun, then we would not see it, since the Earth is trailing behind the sun. You would not see it until it pass's on the side of the sun which could happens suddenly with out warning, the same way some of the asteroids suddenly appear with out warning, from behind the sun.

One story is... 1994 one of the lead astronomers at the Naval Observatory had been investigating planet nine, X, Niburu whatever ya want to call it. It seems he was getting ready to release his findings and within three months of this announcement he was dead from some form of very aggressive cancer.

Actually, they pretty much ALL believe there SOMETHING anomalous out there because of Neptune's strange orbit and all the little fellas in the kuiper belt doing craaazzzzyyyy things. But most believe it's just something we don't have a grasp on yet. We definitely should have spotted this thing by now. As a poker player, I'm not pushing all in on a 1 in 250 chance.
So didn't we have something called hubble and the other new telescope out there that would be able to see this other planet.

PlanetX is a huge dynamo. That orbit time would explain our magnetic field shifting . Every time it comes near us it flips the earths poles.

First... How would a tiny planet so close to the Sun, have such an effect on Pluto, the furthest body known to us from the Sun? And then not have any effect at all on all the other planets in their orbits?
Secondly, Pluto has been shown, to not be a singular body, but is actually two bodies, in close proximity to one another, so that they are locked together by a gravity field and affect one another's orbits, independent of everything else. They are like a symbiotic duo, each pulling on the other, yet neither of them capable of moving away from one another. Like a 'bola,' twin stones spinning around with a central cord connecting them together...
Pluto, is more of a 'planetoid,' and the other body is nearly equal to it.
Together, they influence one another and their orbit around the Sun has a 'wobble,' that reflects this.
And if there even was another planet opposite the Earth from the Sun, that would usually place it at a greater distance from Pluto, than not... And the distance between Pluto and another planet nearer to the Sun than Mercury, could have little to no effect on the most distant body from the Sun.
That's weird because I saw it behind the sun in 2013. I was zooming in on the sun with my cell phone one day when I saw it. I was blown away.

That's how we see all the EMTs and measure solar wind, etc. One is called Studio B, I think. It's at a distance from the side that you can see behind most of the sun.

The carts are great but t h ey will need to fly to stay in areas with acceptable temperatures, maybe have 3 bases they hover between one for night one for the first part of the day and one for the afternoon unless they can get buy with two bases hover craft on the moon should be fairly easy to design and optimize keeping away from obstacles on the surface

I recorded a planet next to the sun. I could only see it during cloudy days. And I observed it every evening for 4-6 months. I also had a camera that used a protective mode when aimed at the sun. I still have the footage.
