Nay... for me, it just happened this year or probably in the end of 2021. If we related that to suzu interview in this early year. She said that she just met someone after 4 years of lost contact and yes that's true if we back in time at 2018 which was the last time they met each other on the show to promote their own project movie/dorama (forgot the show but both promoting Todome no kiss n Anone) probably after that due their hectic career then they separated in while. The timing is matching if I calculated it 🤨
