nice...... and useful.
Not sure if you ever figured it out but those fine cracks appeared because you cleaned the edges with alcohol/solvent. You need to use distilled water and white vinegar or just wipe clean.
And just FYI, you can weld acrylic together with acetone.
Great build and fun video. The use of perspex looks good on the saw.
Thanks! 😁
@@CatLighting me puedes dar el modelo de Sierra circular.. gracias
Brilliant
Thanks!
Great idea! I'd like to do the same, but with Teflon.
It will certainly be more efficient!
Thanks!
Трещины на акриле вызваны местным перегревом при резании. Что бы трещины не появлялись нужно 2-3 часа прогревать акрил при температуре 70°С . После прогрева трещин не будет даже если будете применять ацетон или любой клей.
👍👍👍
🤜🤛
Out of curiosity is acrylic resistant to scratches? Will it last?
It is not resistant to scratches at all, but it looks nice on video 😂 and will surely fulfill its functions for a very long time.
@@CatLighting cool, thanks. Nice video btw
Thanks!
5:56 what happened to your polished edge? Ever find out what caused that?
He used alcohol or some sort of solvent to clean the edges (from what I can see) in order to stick the rubber however alcohol and acrylic are not friends.

Too many CZcams creators try to be clever in their videos but miss the most basic fundamental concept: WTF are you making? I'm not going to watch a 20 minute video to find out what the product is and how it works.
If I don't have a FULL understanding of what you're making, how it works and how it benefits me in the first 60 seconds then I move on. You've wasted your time making a "cute" or "clever" video.
