I think you missed the overall point I was trying to make. If you listen carefully, I'm not judging or bashing any one side or the other. I'm simply asking people to do what the law tells us to do, which is to seek these matters out diligently. In doing so, we have to be honest and admit a person's good deeds as much as their faults. I also stated that I have incomplete information about the situation, so I can't speak to everything. Do I think it's wrong to give 50% of my earnings to support a community I'm part of? Not if I've agreed to it. It's not something I would do, personally, and I do think that Straitway's members need to find better common ground if they feel it's unfair. No one has anyone chained up there.
