Yes I have seen reviews and posts related to this. But this doesn't mean we stop applying. Most companies have these policy where they monitor work for about three months after joining. Then it's up to your performance.

Yes I have seen reviews and posts related to this. But this doesn't mean we stop applying. Most companies have these policy where they monitor work for about three months after joining. Then it's up to your performance.

@@navyashree4301 usually, immediately or after 1,2 days u will get mail that u r selected for TL round..the person who took my HR round told that he will send feedback within 2 days ...but I got mail next day itself
