Baptism of the Holy Spirit + Speaking in Tongues

What is the baptism of the Holy Spirit? We need to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to evangelize, fish for people, and reach a lost world for Jesus!
*What is the difference between having the Holy Spirit 'within' you and 'upon' you in power?
*How do the gifts of the Holy Spirit develop and what about speaking in tongues?
*Understand the importance and vital role in speaking in tongues and growing in the gifts of the Spirit!
