👩‍💻My Mugen Matrix Museum Roster w/ 15k Chars (Part 2) (DOWNLOADABLE)

so this is going to be very interesting...
❥ So right off the bat I am going to say this. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GETTING THIS MUGEN.
- This mugen took up to nearly 50 mins to LOAD. so, keep in mind depending on your PC it might take more or less than that.
- This mugen has exactly 15,000 chars! but in the chars folder of the mugen it will say 11,904 ignore that for I've made a community post showing the key difference of the roster at 11k and 15k.
- This mugen is 146.05 GB. so, good use of a download manager and better internet speeds will be needed if you want this mugen!
- This mugen requires a lot of ram despite being 1.0, how? in the middle of the video the mugen ran out of memory thus why this video ended the way it ended at the end, so have more ram!
- You need a lot of storage for this mugen! if you have 1TB or more you should be fine!
- This will NOT work on an average computer! if you have a gaming pc or a pc with some amazing ram and storage you should be fine.
- Internet speed is important! do not COMPLAIN that you have trouble getting this mugen, this is a HEFTY roster you will run into some issue if you don't have proper internet speed!
⇢ That is all, let me get into more information about the mugen:
This mugen as you can tell contains with 15k chars, I know in the previous part of this mugen I promised you all a 1 hour video preview of this mugen but I changed my mind because around the near end of the video is where the mugen ran out of memory and it was either, wait another 40 - 50 mins or, stop it from there. and I thought about it for a lil bit and decided to end it from there because the point has proven that there is a lot of chars and that it's obviously playable so yeah. other than that, remember that these are one of the mugens that after sometime you will get tired of waiting so if you're not patient I wouldn't recommend getting it.
└➤ Remember, this is only part 2. part 3 is where the mugen will be officially finished and will have 18,200 chars. by then, it will be nearly 200GB and you will definitely have to have a gaming PC by then if you haven't gotten already. they are cheap and since I will be doing projects like this in the long run again if this one is successful...I will be definitely getting a gaming pc myself that's like maybe around $400 since that's around my budget by then. just go on Ebay yourselves, and find a gaming PC around your budget as well. if you can't afford one, I still can't recommend anyone with an average or potato PC to have this mugen because it will take an eternity to load and on top of that, will probably not have enough memory to run it in the first place so keep that in mind. after, I said what I said I am expecting the following:
- No complaints about how long this mugen has loaded
- No complaints about how long the download is taking
- No complaints about how you can't get it.
It's why I recommend in my community post that, this mugen will DEFINITELY not be for everyone. my mugens on this channel is for EVERYONE even for the potato PC users but this one is exemplatory for a reason and it's aimed for those who want a HEFTY roster to mess around with.

✰ ┊ Disclaimers as per usual....
● You can remove/add chars as you please
● You can remove/replace non-working/crash inducing chars
● You can remove/add stages as you please.
● If you have issues downloading a mugen, make use of a download manager, increase your internet speed (if you can afford it) or, just utilize your resources and research a fix for it (cuz sometimes it would even be out of my hands to fix it)
● If there's a char on here you dislike, due to personal reasons or so, feel free to remove them. (good luck with that)
● Sezuire warning for a few characters on there, some got some pretty flashy movesets. if anything happens stop playing immediately if you have epilepsy.
● Some of these characters have horror elements, if horror is not your thing you're free to remove those characters (I'm talkin jumpscares, demonic messaging/symbolism, & dark imagery btw).
Last but not least.....
● If you upload this mugen anywhere else and I mean ANYWHERE even your own discord server, PLEASE GIVE CREDIT! you know very well you ain't made this roster, so when uploading mention/link my channel please or, feel free to even link my discord and/or socials instead.
