What do you think of the Ultraweave technology? Are you sad to see it go? Let us know!

They make kist too thin. I'm a city fan, and I've realised that they make our kits paper thin to the point you can just rip it by pulling it gently

You guys are always so knowledgeable but this is one of those videos where your expertise on the subject just shines. Being able to see it from your perspective is great

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! We’re looking to do more in depth videos on the new kits in the summer :)

I don’t think I’ll ever agree with you on embroidery. For a fans shirt I think it should always be embroidered as it weathers better than heat press. I’m not scared to wash and wear it.

I tend to agree, although I’ve never owned a replica with the new heat press logos…yet.

Have to agree, really depends on how it's worn or used. Collection and casual wear probably fine. Playing probably not but overall I like embroidered too.

As an architect and interior designer, your chat about the sleeve types and pinched triangle really got me excited 😆
Superb video, gents. I’m thankful we have such quality online, to learn from. I hunger for such conversations and study of designs and products.

I'm not nitpicking but I spotted this a couple of times. When you refer to a previously uploaded video, make sure your editor puts the link there. @0:55 no Italy review link, just the bulb. Quite funny but in a different way. But good breakdown, lads!
    Clever joke @3:10 there LOL

Can you do the new Dortmund shirt? Like to hear also thoughts on the design as it came through a contest. Opinions among fans are pretty divided... .

Great vid as usual lads! I was in the AC Milan shop back a couple of months ago and was really tempted to upset my bank manager and pick up their ultraweave home top, because I'm *really* curious to see & feel what it's like to play in (even at my janky 6-a-side level). I love playing in the Adidas Heat.rdy shirts, they've smashed it with their authentics, but the Ultraweave fabric feels really odd to the touch compared to typical football shirt materials.
Might have to keep my eye out for an end of season sale...

You should review the Valencia CF puma kits. Love the old school badge (100 years of Mestalla being celebrated this year) but hate that the vintage puma logo wasn't used.

When it comes to sleeve styles, always hated the Yoke. Effectively a raglan with a really annoying seam that you can feel on the back and seems to be rising in popularity with Adidas and other brands

Awesome video and instant subscribe! I got a couple Ultraweave Player Issue Man City shirts from Classic Football Shirts and they don’t have “Nexen Tire” on the arm. Any experts know why a player issue ultra weave would not have arm sponsor? Thanks!

This is pretty late but no one else responded, pretty sure it’s so you can put on champions league patches

Puma's replica fan shirts have been horrible for as long as I can remember. Nothing has changed in their replica material since at least 3-4 years. I refuse to buy them. The Ultraweave could work outside Europe. Player's complaints about warmth during the cooler months could go with a dual layer or something that allows heat to be contained. Absolutely would love to have kept it to stick around...

I listen and watch the fine details about your views on the kits. Nike in my opinion r absolutely rubbish poor overrated and mass produced they don't care about which team or what they stand for
