PAN 5P-902PW, a new medium early yellow hybrid with the new PowerCore™ Trait Technology, includes a high-performing pyramid of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) traits that combines three proteins to deliver broad spectrum protection against above-ground lepidopteran pests, such as the African Maize Stalk Borer and Spotted Maize Stem Borer.
Stacked with glyphosate herbicide-tolerant technology, farmers can experience premium insect and weed control in Pannar’s proven high yield potential genetics.
PAN 5P-902PW is a new genetic platform characterised by its low ear placement, good stalk strength and standability. It performs well across a wide range of yield potential levels and plant populations.
PAN 5P-902PW is recommended in a package with the PAN 5A-128 and PAN 5A-182 platforms for the eastern Highveld and KwaZulu-Natal production regions. It produces excellent grain quality with good bushel weight.
